Delivery timeframe

Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days after your payment is confirmed. Some sellers ship faster or slower depending on the item and your location — the exact estimate is shown on each product page and at checkout before you pay.

How delivery works

Once you pay, the seller prepares and dispatches your item and generates a tracking code you can follow from your order page.

Delivery is handled by the seller or their courier, direct to the address you provide at checkout. We are a marketplace, not a fulfilment centre.

You'll get email and SMS updates as your order is shipped and on its way.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are set by each seller and calculated from the region you enter at checkout — you always see the exact fee before you pay. Some sellers offer free delivery over a certain order value. Nationwide delivery is available across Ghana (and Nigeria where the seller ships there).

Delays & non-delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, open a dispute from your order page. Under our money-back guarantee, if an item never arrives or isn't as described, you get a full refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
