The seller ships your item
They see your paid order and send it, generating a tracking code so you can follow it the whole way.
You confirm, they get paid
Received it? Tap confirm and the seller is paid, minus our flat fee. Something wrong? Open a dispute and your money stays put.
What if the timer runs out?
If a buyer forgets to confirm, the payment auto-releases to the seller 7 days after shipping - so sellers always get paid for delivered orders. Opening a dispute pauses this until it's resolved.
